Providing representation for clients before the US Citizenship & Immigration Service (CIS) and the US Department of State (DOS) in matters ranging from non-immigrant visas; lawful permanent resident status (“green cards”); and naturalization and citizenship.
REAL ESTATE
Specializing in various areas including rights to possess, use, and enjoy land and the permanent manmade additions attached to it. This includes the capacity to hold interests in real property, permissible interests in real property, relations between owners, relations between owners and the community, landlord and tenant relations, the transfer of interests in real property, and real property financing, including deeds and mortgages.
CORPORATE
Ensuring the legality of commercial transactions, advising corporations on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of corporate officers. Offering specialized knowledge of aspects of contract law, tax law, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING
Guiding clients through the myriad of complex statutes, cases, rules, regulations, and procedures with which any company must comply to do business with the government (whether municipal, state, or federal).
TRANSACTIONAL
Advising clients on the laws applicable to the specific transactions and on the appropriate structure that should be adopted to manage and minimize the legal and commercial risks involved; drafting contracts and other documents; helping clients with the commercial negotiations; and helping clients with the management and execution of the transaction.
GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS & NGOS
Offering insight and representation of clients before various US, international and non-governmental organizations.
